Frequently asked questions
How does payment work?
50% deposit upfront, 50% on delivery. Your project is booked and work begins once the deposit has been received — no deposit, no start date. You can pay by bank transfer or by card via a secure Stripe link; invoices are due within 7 days. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started. Final files and access are handed over once the remaining 50% is paid. Orders under €50 (e.g. One and Done) are paid in full upfront.
What if I need more revisions than my package includes?
Extra revision rounds are €75 each, billed separately.
How long does delivery actually take?
Delivery times listed with each package start once you’ve sent over your footage or content and any required briefing info — not from the moment you book.
What if my project doesn’t fit neatly into one category?
Reach out directly. Most projects are a close fit for one of the packages above, but custom scope and pricing are always possible.
Can I upgrade after booking, say from Mini Launch to Launch Standard?
Yes — get in touch and the difference gets adjusted before work continues.
How do I send over my footage or material?
You’ll get an upload link once your project starts — no file size limits to worry about.
Is AI used in the work, and is it included in the price?
AI tools (image generation, AI voice, AI music) are used selectively and billed extra when they are — never without asking first.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Every package includes revision rounds specifically for this. If something’s fundamentally off from the brief, reach out before the final round — it’s much easier to fix early than after delivery.
