From Graz to Tokyo and back โ I’ve done things most video editors haven’t:
projection mapping at festivals, professional internships in two countries.
It shows in the work.

My Story
I studied Film & Multimedia Art in Graz, and from the start I was drawn to the parts of production most people skip past โ the edit, the sound, the small decisions that make something feel finished instead of just done. That attention to detail turned into an internship at MKFX in Graz, and not long after, into projection mapping work for the CinemaTalks Filmfestival, where I got to design visuals that were mapped onto real architecture instead of a screen. In 2025, I was the youngest artist featured at Klanglicht โ still one of the projects I’m proudest of.
The same year I finished my diploma, I took the work further than Graz. An internship at Ringmasters in Tokyo gave me my first real look at how a completely different industry approaches video, and I went back half a year later for another internship, this time at Aoyama Professionals. Working across two countries with very different creative cultures changed how I edit โ I stopped thinking there was only one “right” way to cut a scene or grade a color, and started paying attention to what actually serves the story or the brand in front of me.
Outside client work, I keep a personal creative practice going โ 3D scenes in Blender, sound design, and surreal video pieces I post under @twisted_surreal. It’s less about a portfolio piece and more about staying sharp: the same instincts that make a surreal short film work are the ones that make a client’s Reel actually stop someone mid-scroll.
Jinrai Visuals is where all of that comes together. It’s not a big agency with account managers between you and the work โ it’s me, doing the editing, the design, and the strategy myself, with the same care I’d put into a festival piece. If you’re a coach, consultant, or building a personal brand, that means someone who treats your project like it matters, because to me, it does.
